How do I not like my cheese? Cheese is amazing! Fun fact about me, my mom’s nickname for me growing up was “Mouse” because I was always sneaking into the cheese drawer in our refrigerator. For a snackin’ cheese, I love a nice fresh cheese stick. Wisconsin cheese sticks are the best in the world! However, my favorite cheese (by a landslide) is fresh mozzarella. Fresh or melty – it’s amazing both ways! If fresh mozzarella is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
