What is your favorite restaurant in Milwaukee and why?

Glorioso’s Italian Market on Brady Street. This place is a one-stop shop for all your culinary needs. They have sandwiches, prepared foods, bakery items, fresh pasta, and all the Italian cheeses you could wish for. While there, be sure to pop over to Peter Sciortino Bakery where you can find the best cannoli in Milwaukee.

What is one piece of advice you have for college applicants?

Reach out to your admissions counselor and use them as a resource throughout the application process. Applying to college, whether for the first time or transferring, can be daunting so, send emails, make 1-on-1 appointments, and call. We’re here to help!

How do you like your cheese?

How do I not like my cheese?  Cheese is amazing! Fun fact about me, my mom’s nickname for me growing up was “Mouse” because I was always sneaking into the cheese drawer in our refrigerator. For a snackin’ cheese, I love a nice fresh cheese stick. Wisconsin cheese sticks are the best in the world! However, my favorite cheese (by a landslide) is fresh mozzarella. Fresh or melty – it’s amazing both ways! If fresh mozzarella is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
