What is your favorite restaurant in Milwaukee and why?

I have a big sweet tooth, so my favorite place to hit up when I’m in town is Leon’s frozen custard. I think their butter pecan custard is top-notch!

What is a piece of advice you have for applicants?

Build a list of characteristics you believe would make college feel like a home away from home, and visit a school that meets all of those characteristics. Then, visit a school that’s totally opposite—visiting a variety of schools with different attributes allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your overall best college fit. 

If you could be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose and why?

Wheel of Fortune. Although defeated in the second and eighth-grade spelling bees, I pride myself on my spelling abilities and typically find myself shouting the answers to the puzzles even before the contestants. Yes, if you're picturing a grandmother covered in a blanket shouting at the television, that's basically what I look like.
