What is Milwaukee's best-kept secret?

The Oak Leaf Trail & the Hank Aaron Trail. The Oak Leaf Trail is a bike path that goes throughout Milwaukee county. You can jump on trails around Marquette and easily bike (walk or run) throughout the city and into other communities. The Hank Aaron Trail connects Marquette to downtown, but also to American Family Field, State Fair Park, and beyond. It's a cool way to see the city.

What is one piece of advice you have for incoming college students?

Be open to trying new things. You never know when you will attend an event, take a class, or get an internship that ends up defining your college career and making you into the person you will be after graduation.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up and why?

I wanted to teach Kindergarten. I love kids and at that age, they can learn so much so quickly. I also think they say the funniest things.
